How long do custom orders take?
Time depends on the complexity, quantity, size, and finish requirements. All creations are made in our small shop to order. We will discuss timeframes and deadlines during the order process.
Can you make anything?
With enough time and money, sure. There are limitations to what can be made on any given budget, but we can work together to find a solution to meet your desired goals.
Can I change my plan later?
Changes to the order may incur additional fees. It takes a lot of time and materials to create one-off works like this. While wood does grow on trees, suppliers haven’t gotten this memo. You may be asked to make a deposit to cover the costs associated with your custom creation depending on project specifications.
How does billing work?
We have a variety of payment methods available including Paypal, Venmo, and Credit Card. Deposits may be required depending on the project and will be communicated before work begins.
Can I get an invoice or purchase order for my purchase?
